Design a Training Program Using QTD™

Agenda

This course provides detailed instruction how to use QTD to conduct a job and task analysis (JTA) and design a training program using the generic data in the Database as the starting point. The course assumes a basic familiarity with the Database and will be particularly beneficial to those who have already started developing the task list for an operator position.

This workshop presents a method for putting together an OJT program using QTD, including detailed instruction and practice in development of On-the-Job Training Guides The use of OJT Guides for task training and qualification are discussed including methods for recording task evaluation data.
