QTS provides a variety of training workshops to help build a trainers skill set, as well as how to use the Quality Training Database™ (QTD) to implement ADDIE and SAT instructional design techniques. Workshop offerings change throughout the year based on our clients needs, as such, check back from time to time for up to date information on what great classes we are offering next.

QTD™ Classroom Training

Quality Training Database™ (QTD) classroom courses are on-location, hands-on training. They provide the optimal environment for learning and retaining the material presented in class.

Introduction to QTD2.5 Days$850/pp

This 2.5-day introductory workshop teaches QTD Next users the basic operation and functionality of the software. QTD Next helps you easily access, track, and maintain your training and employee records. In this workshop, you will learn to identify all components and functions of QTD Next and how to create a multitude of reports. You will receive hands-on training in the basic features of QTD Next and a chance to practice what you have learned. This course provides a solid foundation for beginners and a helpful review for experienced users.

Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) Train-the-Trainer3.5 Days$1300/pp

The SAT Train-The-Trainer workshop is a 3.5 day course in which you will receive in-depth instruction on the SAT process in a language that is familiar to system operators. You will apply SAT concepts learned in the course through hands-on activities which will require you to create and facilitate your own training session. SAT v.2 includes a strong emphasis on how to create engaging training sessions, retrofitting existing training materials, and accurately measuring learning.

The Advanced QTD Course2 Days$800/pp

This workshop is a continuation of the Introduction to QTD workshop and provides in-depth instruction in maintaining and managing PER-005 requirements using QTD as well as the advanced instructional design features QTD offers. QTD™ User Conference

QTD™ Next User Conference and Training Summit 

The QTD™ Next User Conference is a yearly event where the QTD™ Next user community comes together to network and participate in training sessions about QTD™ functionality, PER-005 audits, and all other things related to improving skills as a trainer.  This event is tailored to trainers responsible for training operators and other personnel subject to PER-005 requirements as well as administrators who track these activities in support of PER-005.  As part of the QTD™ Next User Conference and Training Summit we always offer a one day Introduction to QTDpre-conference training session as well as s special post-conference training session.

The 2017 QTD Next User Conference and Training Summit will be held on October 3-4, 2017 in Seattle, Washington. 

Quality Training Systems will be celebrating 20 years in 2017. In celebration of our 20th Anniversary, we have chosen the Cedarbrook Lodge as the location for the 2017 QTD Next User Conference and Training Summit.
